Following the planned kickoff last Saturday for the Original Kingman Farmers Market at Thunder-Rode, The Market is proud to re-announce its 7th Annual Grand Opening Market. The winds, 30-50mph, would not cooperate so the opening day has been moved out one week to May 14.

The Kingman Farmers Market at Thunder-Rode will hold its 7th annual 2022 season grand opening on Saturday, May 7, 2022. The Market is held at the Thunder-Rode Event Center located at 102 E. Beale Street in historic, downtown Kingman, AZ. The market comprises of baked goods, fresh produce, local honey, plants, metal art, artisan goods, health and well-being items, locally handcrafted items, food trucks, and more.

The season will open on May 7, 2022 with a Mother’s Day Festival. Old and New vendors will be back to celebrate opening weekend and Mother’s Day with a fun shopping day which includes a raffle of amazing prizes. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Kingman Aid to Abused People.

The Kingman Farmers Market at Thunder-Rode is Kingman’s first, original Farmers Market, founded by Jack Alexander and Thunder-Rode over seven years ago. It is the ONLY 100% non-profit Farmers Market in all of Arizona. The Kingman Farmers Market at Thunder-Rode is available to the citizens of Kingman at no cost to the visitors, no cost to the city, and no cost to the vendors. Vendor space is 100% free.

There is ample room to drive in and load and unload vendor equipment. The Kingman Farmers Market at Thunder-Rode is open 8am until “last one out” (which is usually around noon) every Saturday during market season beginning May 7, 2022.
